Is the Bought Subscription for games still available?

I was just wondering if it was still possible to buy the Paypal subscription. I have looked for a new post but can not find any from middle 2011.

Sorry for the question if I have missed one. Great to see this site still up and going :) I joined in 2008.

Sorry for second post but I bought a subscription and all is great. I love how it automatically changes download limit.
