what is the light off mode in arcade ??

it shades the rest of the page so you only see the game . Cinema mode like the light go off in the movie theater.

There is a mod called "Cinema mode" at vB.org but it seems not work very well. Does anybody knows of a good working mod to achieve this.
I am us ing vB 4.2.3 and the latest Arcade version.
