Spend: no more then what I have to..lol..
I would like it to be US...I`ve had servers from all over tho..
Like for it to be Unlimited ..
Operating System: Linux and cpanel

I was looking at Godaddy`s 4th Generation Hosting..
Hosted across multiple servers with proprietary Dynamic Traffic Management..

I think at least you need ~ $50 per month!

Not really to sure about GoDaddy 4GH to be honest but in the past whenever I've needed a 'cheaper but reliable' host I've always gone with MDD Hosting before the likes of HostGator or GoDaddy (mainly because their support is great). If GoDaddy's 4GH works like it should then it does sound pretty good.

4GH Hosting is our 4th Generation Hosting. When we say "webhosting in the cloud" it means that we have multiple servers working together behind a load balancer for our customers' sites. Cloud technology allows us to break the bounds of the hardware and provide a scalable environment that grows with the sites. This allows our servers to better support spikes in traffic to our customers' sites; load balancing delivers your traffic to the server with the most available resources, so your site isn't tied to the limited performance of a single server. Database services are housed on a separate server cluster than the web services. The end result is a hosting environment that has a cluster of servers that support the web services and then separate servers that support your databases, not just one server to handle all the load.

Most hosts I've used personally or setup sites on for other people are -

http://www.mddhosting.com/ (25% off discount just now)
http://www.urljet.com/vbulletin-hosting.php
http://www.nimbushosting.co.uk/
http://www.realwebhost.net/vps.php (I used them years ago when my websites were active lol)
https://order.server4you.net/pages/vserver/index.php (doing 6 months free just now)
http://www.linode.com/

If I was choosing for myself I'd go with either Linode or NimbusHosting

I don't know about Godaddy. I just know they are focused on quantity, and I wonder how that affects quality.

I've found Storm on Demand to be great. Good support, and scalable packages. You can even upgrade/downgrade when necessary, and they charge for the time that you upgraded if you come back down. I'm on about my fourth host in the past 6 years, and, I've been with them longer than the others. So far (knock on wood), I'm still happy. I currently have the 4GB package, but I have about a million images on my site, so you could probably use the 2GB for $50/month. (Please don't shoot my smilies, Hippy) :chatterbox:

Here's a link to their site.

If you have any questions about this, or my experience with them, just let me know.
