A man walks through the streets of East Berlin
and constantly shouts "**** state! **** government!"
A Stasi man holds him down: "You're under arrest!"
"Why?" the man asks, "I didn't even say which state and which government!"
The Stasi man thinks for a moment: "Well, you're probably right, you can go."
The man goes on, still: "**** the state! **** the government!" calling.
The Stasi man catches up with him again: "You're under arrest! There is only one 'xhitty state' and one 'xhitty government'."
