A fantastic appetizer, sooooo good!
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
1 can shrimp, well drained
1 can crabmeat, well drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, diced
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Spread over a 12-inch pizza pan. Spread seafood sauce over the cheese mixture. Scatter shrimp and crabmeat over the sauce. Cover with the shredded mozza, green pepper, onions and tomatoes. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and/or scooping chips.
