Brown one pound of lean ground beef in a large non-stick frypan.

Add two cups water and one package taco seasoning mix; stir; bring to a boil.

Stir in two cups Minute Rice. Sprinkle with one cup Tex-Mex Nachos shredded cheese; cover, cook on low heat for five minutes.

Top with coarsely crunched tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and sour cream.

Serves 4.
