A favourite dessert...makes a large punch bowl full, to make less, just halve the recipe and use the other half of the cake to frost or put in the freezer for the next time.
1 chocolate cake mix
1-2 large containers Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding, mixed according to package instructions
@ 1 cup mini chocolate chips
3 Skor bars, smashed into minced-like pieces
Bake cake as directed. In a trifle or punch bowl, start with a layer of broken up chocolate cake, continue with a layer of chocolate pudding, a layer of Cool Whip, and the chocolate chips and Skor bars. Follow with another layer of everything.
