An oldie, but never fails to please...

Crust:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar

Filling:
1 and 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs

19 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whipping cream

Crust: Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in crumbs and sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Beat icing sugar and butter together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Spread over crumb layer.

Scatter pineapple over top. Whip cream until stiff. Spread over pineapple. (Or, pineapple may be folded into the cream and spread over the filling layer.) Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
