A tasty steak dish...and sooooo easy!

2 lbs. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup
10 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
1 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Arrange meat pieces in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle dry soup over. Spread mushrooms on top. Sprinkle green pepper over.

In small bowl, stir tomatoes, sauce, tapioca and parsley. Pour over meat. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
