My Mom's most favourite dessert!
Crust:
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
Filling:
2 cups whipping cream
4 cups tiny white marshmallows
19 oz. can cherry pie filling
Crust: Melt margarine, stir in crumbs and sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Filling: Whip cream until stiff. Fold in marshmallows. Spread half of this over base.
Spoon cherry pie filling over top, smoothing best you can. Spread second half of cream mixture over cherries. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill for several hours.
