Blind-Eddie's Peachy Pork Tenderloin

2 pork tenderloin
1-16oz can of peaches
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup white vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt

lightly salt and pepper pork
brown all sides add half cup water and simmer for 1 ½ hours and make sure bottom of pan always has a little water ( half inch )
after 1 ½ hours (add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 more hour.
Cook on stove top

Notes:

After browning the Pork Tenderloin, make sure water is below meat at all times or it will burn.
I throw my can of peaches in the blender, I don't like the big pieces.

I have also just browned the meat, then cook it in a slow cooker for about three hours.. It will fall apart... yummy!!
