2# Ground Beef
2 large cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
l large onion (I use dehydrated onion)
l tablespoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Basil
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
l/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt & Pepper
Brown beef and drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least for a couple of hours. If sauce seems to thick you can add a little water.
Also, if you like you can brown meatballs or Italian sausage and add to your sauce.
