8 leeks
6 slices of bacon
120 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 pinches of nutmeg
30 cl of cream
black pepper
coarse salt

Peel and cut the highest part of the green leeks. Wash the leeks and cut into sections 10 cm.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil with salt. Cook the leeks for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and reserve 3 tablespoons of the cooking water.
Preheat oven to 210 (gas mark 7).
In a skillet, heat the cream and broth until smooth cream.
Add the leeks and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes over low heat.
Pepper. Add the nutmeg.
Pour the leeks and sauce in a baking dish.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and broil do 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon in the pan. Arrange them on the baking dish before serving.
