ingredients:
300 grams of boiled potatoes (20 minutes in boiling salted water)
25 gr of butter
300g flaked tuna (1 large can)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
80 gr of breadcrumbs
1 lemon
a little oil
1 large salad to accompany the tuna croquettes
preparation:
Step 1
Cut potatoes mashed with butter, add the flaked tuna, parsley, half the beaten eggs.
Step 2
Salt and pepper
Let the mixture cool for 1/2 hours
Step 3
Pass the croquettes in the flour, the remaining beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs (I'm fine crumbs)
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large skillet and lightly brown on each side 2 to 3 minutes
Step 5
Garnish with parsley and few slices of lemon
