This tortilla is a delight! It is quick to make, simple and baked. You can of course change the filling (ham, roasted peppers, tuna, corn ...). Little use as a main dish with a green salad, but you can serve as an appetizer or as an appetizer by cutting into cubes.

Preparation time: 15 Minute (s)
Cooking time: 30 Minute (s)
Difficulty: Very Easy

preparation:

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices (the robot for me).

Clean them, drain them and dry them with a clean cloth.

Peel the onion and chop it.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

In a skillet, heat oil and butter.

Pour in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.

Step 2

Add onion and ham. Pepper, stir and cook for 5 min.

Preheat oven to 200 C or gas mark 6/7.

In a bowl, break the eggs and add the cream.

Salt, pepper, nutmeg and chives and mix well.

Step 3

In a silicone mold (for me a cake pan of 26 cm diameter) or a buttered dish, pour the mixture ham, onions and potatoes, add the egg mixture / cream.

Bake for 30 minutes or until tortillas are made.

Serve hot.
