The velvety shrimp


Fine soup recipe that will make your dear guests marvel input.


Ingredients: (4 people)


1 liter vegetable stock (3 leeks, 1 small celery, 1 onion, 1 carrot)
½ pound shrimp shelled or unshelled
2 carrots
1 onion
parsley
40 g butter
30 g of rice cream
½ cup of milk
salt and pepper
Soup recipe:


Prepare the vegetable broth. Cooking ¾ hour.
Drain. Take 1 liter.
Peel the shrimp. Keep tails.
Rinse them and throw them in ½ liter of water (¼ cooking time). Drain, remove ½ liter.
Finely chop 2 carrots, onion and parsley.
Sauté in butter, while taking care to reserve a portion of parsley.
Add half of the shrimp, vegetable broth and shrimp. Cook ½ hour.
Stir in cream of rice dissolved in cold milk. Bring to boil. Skip the preparation.
Garnish with the remaining shrimp and chopped parsley.
