List of Ingredients for 4 people:


- 1kg of minced chicken
7 - 10 beautiful potatoes
- 700g of tomatoes
- 500g of green and red peppers
- 2 onions
- 150g of ham or ham from Bayonne
- 1 bouquet garni
- 1 glass of white wine
- Powder Espelette best but not required
- Olive oil




Recipe.


Peel and slice your onions.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Cut the peppers into strips.

Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a casserole
