600 gr of veal stew
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon honey
few sprigs of fresh coriander
3 carrots
preparation:


step 1
Place your meat in a bowl and add all the spices and 1 teaspoon cinnamon only 1 net + olive oil + garlic clove diced and chopped coriander. Mix well and marinate for 1 h00.


step 2
In your tagine, pour a little oil and fry your onions, finely chopped, take your pieces of meat and brown on each side, mix the honey into a background of hot water and then add in your flat tajine cover and cook over low heat for at least 1:30 or more if necessary


step 3
Peel, wash your carrots, cut into long strips and cook them about 30 minutes. Serve hot with semolina.
