Steak Beef Flambé with Pastis ...


Some of you know, choupinet adooooore pastis is his favorite drink especially camping, it smells good holiday ... but hard to feel winter holiday when the sky is gray and the crackling wood stove so I had the idea to make a small outbreak in pastis to remind him of good memories of Marseille;-)

Nothing really exeptional our plates but nice idea, more for the moment it is about all I have time to prepare, but tasty things fast especially with a nice little sauce huh Barbara loll

ingredients
(for one greedy)

1 piece of sirloin (or other)
3-4 cl of pastis
1 pinch of anise
Cooking cream
salt / pepper

Heat a non-stick pan and place the steak without pierce with a fork so that it keeps its soft ... once golden on one side, turn and season (salt / pepper) continue cooking to your taste ie d + or - bleeding
When the two sides are browned, add the pastis and burn ... uh care that much pastis flames!
Then add the cooking cream and a little anise powder and thicken 2 to 3min

Like any good he tasted his Belgian steak flamed with chips of course, but support is another possible;-)
