Frog legs sautéed in butter, garlic and parsley (input)

Frog legs are fine meat, tender and tasty, incomparable ....


Ingredients for 4 people:
16 pairs of frog legs (frozen)
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
parsley
butter
flour
salt


preparation:
Thaw frog legs as indicated on the package
Wash the parsley in cold water and chop. book
Peel the garlic cloves and chop. book
When the frog legs are thawed, dry with paper towels, then roll in flour on a background plate
cooking time:
In a skillet, melt a good piece of butter
Dip frog legs there and add the chopped garlic
Let brown on each side a few minutes, then add the parsley and the juice of half a lemon
Serve hot with a slice of lemon on each plate


Council:
Do not overcook frog legs, a few minutes!
