Whip up a spicy smoothie in just minutes with yogurt, soymilk, ice cream topping and banana.

Directions

In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

ingredients :
for 2 number
caramel 1 tablespoon (fat free topping)
ice 1 1/2 cups (crushed ice)
soymilk 1 1/4 cups
banana 1 ripe (medium, cut into chunks)
cloves 1/8 teaspoon (ground)
cardamom 1/8 teaspoon (ground)
ginger 1/8 teaspoon (ground)
yogurt 1 container (6 oz) (thick & creamy caramel low-fat yogurt)
cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
