FOR 6 PERSON
400 g smoked salmon
350 g cream cheese
20 cl of liquid cream
3 chives
Toevoegen
2 bunches of chervil
2 sprigs of parsley
1 sprig of tarragon
solo Delifine
salt and pepper
Wash, dry and finely chop all herbs.
Mix the cheese and put it in a bowl.
Add the herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Mount the cream into whipped.
Stir gently to prepare fresh cheese. Adjust the seasoning.
Divide the cheese foam in six glasses.
Cut the heart of smoked salmon into small cubes. Fold in a little cream Delifine Solo.
Divide them into the glasses.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
