Quick Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Instructions

In a large soup pot, cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic together until beef is fully cooked. Drain off any grease.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes until veggies are all tender.

ingredients :
for 8 number
ground beef 1 lb
onion ½ onion (diced)
celery ¼ cup (diced)
garlic 2 cloves
beef broth 1 (32 oz) carton
marinara sauce 1 (24 oz) jar
cumin ¼ tsp
italian seasoning ½ tsp
bay leaf 1 bay leaf
carrot 1 carrot (diced)
corn 1 cup (frozen)
hash browns 3 cups (frozen southern style)
green beans 1 cup (frozen cut green beans or 1 (14.5 oz) can cut green beans drained)
peas 1 cup (frozen)
Salt to taste
pepper to taste

this is a good recipe,,,I use 3 to 4 cans of diced tomatoes,drained in the place of the marinara sauce and texas pete hot sauce,,,its a very good dish when its cold outside
