ingredients :
blackberry 1 1/4 cup
ketchup 1/4 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
ginger 1/4 cup (minced fresh ginger)
Salt 1/2 tsp
pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste
Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until it turns into a puree.
Place the puree in a 1 quart microwave safe dish. Cover with a piece of wax paper and microwave for 4 minutes.
Stir and microwave for another 4 minutes, stirring if needed.

1 1/3 cups sauce.
