2 C Sugar
3 TBS canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp cornstarch
1/3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 C Milk, evaporated milk or cream
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and heat until a small amount dropped into cold water forms a ball. Add vanilla and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour onto buttered jelly roll pan and cut when cooled.
