Hello you know the code to insert animated favicon?

This just for the arcade or site wide? What happens to the default favicon code?
I go to http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/ and create my new favicon and overwrite my favicon via FTP, no code edits.

I entered code, loaded gif ftp but nothing happens

favicons are cached by browsers.
Often clearing cache does not reload it either. Use another browser to test.
It will update itself over time.
